Dr. Jarrod Roach

Dr. Jarrod Roach has been practicing in the area since 2008. He is the founding doctor/owner of 405 Vet Animal Hospital. He started 405 Vet Animal Hospital in order to improve and maximize the client/patient experience. 405 Vet was started in mid 2017 in Dr. Roach’s garage, and in December of that year moved into a 2500 sq foot lease space in a local strip center. In 5 years 405 Vet has grown into a 6 doctor practice and in mid 2022 moved into a newly built 12,000 sq ft state-of-the-art veterinary hospital. Dr. Roach’s ultimate purpose for himself and his hospital is to impact people’s lives for the better by improving the health and quality of the life of their pets. Dr. Roach and 405 Vet are committed to a positive practice culture and atmosphere where all clients and pets feel welcome and valued.

Originally from Watonga, Oklahoma, Dr. Roach attended the University of Tulsa before graduating from Oklahoma State University College of Veterinary Medicine in 2008.

Dr. Roach enjoys practicing small animal medicine and surgery. His favorite aspect of veterinary practice is developing close relationships and building trust with his clients and patients.

Dr. Roach lives just outside Oklahoma City in Piedmont with his wife, Magan, and two children, Gavin and Lyndie. His family would not be complete without his two dogs, Oscar and Simba.

Dr. Katherine Craft

Dr. Craft is originally from Southern California and moved here to attend Oklahoma State University from which she graduated in 2017. She has a special interest in exotics and is a Certified Veterinary Acupuncturist. She lives in Cashion with her husband Brian, her two sons Jackson and Camden, and four dogs. She is fear-free and low-stress handling certified.

Dr. Lauren Kinter

Dr. Kinter is the latest doctor to join our growing team. Dr. Kinter is an experienced small animal practitioner with years of experience in all areas of small animal medicine and surgery. She has extensive post graduate training in reproduction and is currently seeking board certification in theriogenology (reproduction). This training allows her to offer some unique services at 405 Vet. She is a 2014 graduate of Oklahoma State University College of Veterinary Medicine. After graduation she completed an internship at OSU in theriogenology. She has practiced in North Carolina and Las Vegas since graduating. Her husband, AJ, is a boarded equine internist and assistant professor at OSU Veterinary College. Originally from Virginia but spent most of her former years in Cleveland, Ohio, Dr. Kinter now proudly calls Oklahoma home and is currently building a home in the Guthrie area. She is the proud mother of twin boys, Noah and Colton, who she lovingly calls “The Dudes.”

Dr. Rylee Spangler

Dr. Spangler is originally from Moore, OK and graduated with an Animal Science Bachelor degree in 2019. Dr. Spangler graduated in the top of her class from Oklahoma State University’s College of Veterinary Medicine in 2022. She has a special interest in preventative care and feline medicine. Dr. Spangler is also Fear Free certified and utilizes low-stress handling techniques to ensure your pet has a smooth veterinary visit. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her husband Austin. Dr. Spangler has a dog, Kaya, and two cats, Boone and Winnie.

Dr. Hayley Kemp

Dr. Kemp was born and raised in Oklahoma City and graduated from Oklahoma State University College of Veterinary Medicine in 2014. As a veterinarian, Dr. Kemp’s special interests include dentistry and endocrine diseases. She loves the long term relationships formed with pet owners and their animals. At home, Dr. Kemp enjoys gardening and spending time with her son and their three sweet dogs – Mae, Bea and Ida.

Dr. Chelsey Rostykus

Dr. Rostykus grew up in Choctaw, OK and graduated from Oklahoma State University with a bachelor degree in Animal Science in 2014. She then received her doctorate degree from Oklahoma State University College of Veterinary Medicine in 2018. She has completed advanced training and certification in animal chiropractic at Options for Animals College of Animal Chiropractic. Since graduation, she has worked in both companion animal and equine practice, and is very excited to now be a part of the 405 Vet team. She has special interests in preventative medicine, arthritis and pain management, and wound repair and healing. She has been married to her husband, Brett, since 2013 and they have two children, Maren and Graham. They also have 2 horses, 2 dogs and a cat.. all who are named after television or movie characters. In her free time, Dr. Rostykus loves traveling, reading and spending time with family and friends.

Dr. August Fitzpatrick

Dr. August Fitzpatrick is a 2024 graduate of Oklahoma State Veterinary School. Originally from Denver, Colorado, Dr. Fitzpatrick lives in Edmond with wife Angela and son, Sullivan. A few of his favorite things include spending time with his family, playing golf and tennis, and traveling. His approach to care is practicing evidence-based medicine with a warm bedside manner, ensuring both companion animals and their families feel informed, supported, and valued throughout every stage of treatment. Driven by a lifelong love of animals, Dr. Fitzpatrick is thrilled to be a part of the 405 team and looks forward to contributing his skills and passion to the community he now calls home.
